I would recommend this headset any day and we just bought another one for my wife. I have read other reviews where people complain about the control buttons for volume and dialing, and although I can't deny having redialed the last number once or twice by mistake, in general terms it works fine. I use it with my NOKIA E71 phone and even though I love the phone, the voice dialing feature is always less than satisfying, but with this headset it works like magic. In terms of battery life, I'm more than happy because even though I don't regularly use it to speak/standby for more than one hour or so per day, the battery lasts for a week or so, so it's great for me. I bought this bluetooth headset after doing a great deal of research and reading tons of reviews. I really think I hit the nail on its head because its an excellent headset. Volume control is easy to handle too.
Works fine, only complaint is no earpiece loop. Great product. The rubber earpiece goes in you ear and fits snug, but if you move around alot or sweat alot then the 410 will fall out of your ear.
Great buy I am happy to report that it was a GREAT buy. Before purshasing this headset I did my share of research. I ended up buying this one because of its small size and its price. Even after accidetally puting it in the washing machine it works great.
This one will not stay in the ear. Yes, the volume buttons are not very user friendly.
Maybe we have stupid ears, but Amazon is gracious enough to let me return it post paid. But keep in mind, this one will not stay in the ear.
Yes, it's too easy too redial someone with the main button. They sound quality was sometimes questioned by the other parties on the line ("Huh."), but more importantly, this one will not stay in the ear.
I generally enjoyed my two other Samsung Bluetooth headsets. Got it.

It's funny how a very small device could help you to talk in a very clear way. It comes with different sizes of plastic to make it fit in you ear perfectly.
